Sexy Lingerie 4u orders are dispatched in plain boxes or padded envelopes with no indication as to their contents. Stock permitting, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 2 – 3 days, orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Sexy Lingerie 4u operate a back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are available in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, Sexy Lingerie 4u will contact the customer and offer the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made.
Sexy Lingerie 4u will usually be able to notify you within 48 hours on the status of your order. No contract will commence between you and Sexy Lingerie 4u for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Sexy Lingerie 4u accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product.
Sexy Lingerie 4u goods are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and will be sent using Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order.
Some products sold by Sexy Lingerie 4u are imported from overseas. These products may on occasion take up to 28 days for delivery to be completed. Any product with an estimated delivery time outside of Sexy Lingerie 4u standard delivery policy will stated on the product information page.
For goods delivered within the UK the following postage charges apply :
ALL orders under £30.00 charged at £3.95. Orders £30.00 and over are delivered free of charge.
Re issue of orders returned to Sexy Lingerie 4u as unclaimed will be charged at £4.95 per order.
Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days in the United Kingdom and up to 10 working days elsewhere. Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.
All claims for delivery shortages Sexy Lingerie 4u and damages must be reported to sales@sexy-lingerie-4u.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date. Sexy Lingerie 4u can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page.
RETURNS POLICY:
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a full refund of the cost of the item(s) returned, provided that you return them to us within 21 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Sexy Lingerie 4u inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure that the goods you receive are of the highest quality. Should customers receive any damaged goods a full refund of the cost of the item plus the original delivery charge will be made.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. and any thing of an intimate nature – including bra’s are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this request has not been adhered to.
Returns on Body Stockings, Stockings, Tights & Wigs and anything of a similar nature are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons.
Any items returned without original packaging, excessively damaged packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

Sexy Lingerie 4u strongly recommended that customers obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when returning goods. Sexy Lingerie 4u cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.
Upon receipt of your returned order Sexy Lingerie 4u will endeavour to issue a full refund for the goods returned within 7 days, providing all the above conditions have been met.
